Sameh's experience extends across the investment in and development of residential, commercial and industrial properties, having successfully led his own structural and civil engineering practice and development management business.

In a saturated industry, Sameh prides himself on setting a new standard for design quality with his trademark hands-on approach embedded in every project, at every stage.

At a pivotal point in time for the Australian property landscape, Sameh's leadership of Wentworth Equities is the guiding force behind legacy projects that will shape homes, communities and cities for years to come.

Alahna has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, providing support and impetus to the success of Wentworth Equities making it the powerful competitor it is in today’s market. Alahna offers expertise in market research, financial analysis, systems development, project management and business systems.

Rick Mandelson
Chief Financial Officer

Rick is a qualified accountant having a variety of roles within the corporate accounting world working for companies both in Australia and the UK during which he worked as an accountant and finance director. Rick sits on several boards and contributes valuable commercial knowledge and expertise to Wentworth Equities.

Kim Withrow
Project Director

Kim Withrow brings over 24 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale developments across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.  

With a background that bridges design leadership and construction delivery, Kim specialises in translating high-level vision into commercially sound, buildable outcomes. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams and Tier 1 contractors to deliver major residential precincts, commercial towers, and critical infrastructure within live, high-risk operational environments.

 Kim is drawn to projects where design quality and development discipline work together, and brings a rigorous, collaborative approach to every stage of the process, from early-stage strategy and optioneering through to procurement, construction, and final delivery.
