WENTWORTH EQUITIES STRENGTHENS TEAM AHEAD OF LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT
Leading property developer Wentworth Equities has announced three appointments as the company strengthens its team ahead of construction commencing on its luxury Hamilton Grove development.
Experienced property professionals Andrew Hall and Ben Collins have joined Wentworth Equities as Development Manager and Executive Sales Manager, respectively. Paola Correa will strengthen Wentworth Equities’ front office, appointed as Project Administration Coordinator.
Wentworth Equities Executive Chairman Sameh Ibrahim said the appointments reflected the company’s growing pipeline of projects in South East Queensland.
“We are delighted to welcome Andrew, Ben and Paola to Wentworth Equities as we enter an exciting period of growth,” Mr Ibrahim said.
“As construction gets underway at Hamilton Grove, their valuable experience will strengthen our capabilities across project delivery, sales and administration at a critical time for the business.
“Importantly, these appointments strengthen our presence in Brisbane as we look towards future opportunities across South East Queensland.”
Hamilton Grove is Wentworth Equities first foray into the South East Queensland market, with Chairman Sameh Ibrahim having established a strong reputation as a recognised and respected luxury property manager and developer in Sydney.
The expansion follows the appointment of Kim Withrow as Project Director earlier this year. Joining Wentworth Equities from Aurecon/Woods Bagot, Ms Withrow brings more than 24 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale developments to the Hamilton Grove project and broader Wentworth Equities portfolio.
Andrew Hall joins Wentworth Equities with more than 32 years of experience across development management, project management and construction. Most recently, Andrew spent four years with a privately owned developer/builder, following senior development roles with several private property developers across Australia. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered a range of significant and complex projects across a range of sectors, bringing extensive expertise across the full development cycle.
Ben Collins joins Wentworth Equities with more than a decade of experience advising residential and commercial property developers. Throughout his role at Collins Investment Co, Ben has worked with an extensive range of developers, providing strategic property and sales advice across a diverse portfolio of projects. His strong industry relationships, detailed understanding of the property market and results-driven approach will support Wentworth Equities’ sales strategy and ongoing growth of its development portfolio.
Paola Correa brings a strong background in administration and project support, with proven experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments, maintaining accuracy across complex workflows and supporting teams to meet deadlines.
